Taking a Proactive Approach in the 21stCentury

Our learned response to change is to resist and struggle. Notice, learned response. Our survival instinct conditions us to react. We still, in this 21st century, continue to manage our life situations with this prehistoric mindset. Do fire breathing dragons threaten our lives, or is it our reaction to our hot-tempered significant other that if fueling this rage and this intense heart pounding discomfort? Do we still need to fear the wildlife that stalks us as their food supply, or are we just frightened of losing our jobs and wouldn’t dare to suggest a new idea much less our discontentment. Are our lives in danger moment to moment, or have we heard that the company is for sale or our significant other might leave. Now what? We might starve, be homeless or heaven forbid, alone. In this flight for life approach, we utilize only the smallest part of the brain and we live reactively. We prowl through life always on guard, waiting and watching for the next threatening circumstance. Our bodies are tense, our breathing is fast, our hearts are pounding and we survive in the same mode as our cavemen brethren. We live our lives based only on yesterdays learning and our actions become robotic and limited. But, all is not lost. We as human beings are infused with majestic and boundless possibility, we have only forgotten. Are you ready to remember and step into your own creative genius? Would you like to learn how to tap into your birthright of boundless potential? Are you willing to take charge of yourself and experience a different tomorrow? Interested? Come with me. I can show you how to begin the journey that can help you reclaim self- empowerment. Take a proactive approach. Come with me, the 21st century awaits your call.
