Notice, learned response. Our survival instinct conditions us to react. We still, in this 21st century, continue to manage our life situations with this prehistoric mindset. Do fire breathing dragons threaten our lives, or is it our reaction to our hot-tempered significant other that if fueling this rage and this intense heart pounding discomfort? Do we still need to fear the wildlife that stalks us as their food supply, or are we just frightened of losing our jobs and wouldn’t dare to suggest a new idea much less our discontentment. Are our lives in danger moment to moment, or have we heard that the company is for sale or our significant other might leave. Now what? We might starve, be homeless or heaven forbid, alone. In this flight for life approach, we utilize only the smallest part of the brain and we live reactively. We prowl through life always on guard, waiting and watching for the next threatening circumstance. Our bodies are tense, our breathing is fast, our hearts are pounding and we survive in the same mode as our cavemen brethren. We live our lives based only on yesterdays learning and our actions become robotic and limited. But, all is not lost. We as human beings are infused with majestic and boundless possibility, we have only forgotten. Are you ready to remember and step into your own creative genius? Would you like to learn how to tap into your birthright of boundless potential? Are you willing to take charge of yourself and experience a different tomorrow? Interested? Come with me. I can show you how to begin the journey that can help you reclaim self- empowerment. Take a proactive approach. Have you become aware of the days growing longer? Do you hear the birds chirping with more excitement? Have you opened your windows to let fresh air into your space? Have you noticed; any bright green anything, peeking out from the ground? We, like nature, are not static; we are dynamic and ever changing. As a matter of fact every single cell of our body changes in a cycle of one year. Imagine that, we will be completely, 100% transformed, in the next 365 days. If you could recreate yourself, what change would you make? What would transformation look like, what would a whole new you sound like? What would you like to be experiencing 365 days from now? The beauty of reflecting on these questions is the fact that you are the creator of those desires; they are not idle thoughts nor were they placed there by some external element; the truth is you are the artist, the programmer, the master planner of your experience. You have the same innate sense of evolution that nature so beautifully and powerfully expresses. Those longings are your calling, your tools of fulfillment and your responsibility to manifest. How does that start? B becoming aware. Aware of what nature, those around you and you yourself are trying to tell you. Pay attention, look, listen and feel. What could happen? Perhaps your cycle of this year’s transformation could be the most powerful yet. Would you like more information on how to begin this transformational journey? Its life “springs forth” from the gray, dark decaying remains of yesterdays’ bitter cold. Springtime transforms brown mud to buds of fresh greenery and flowers of all colors. So it is with our lives. Nature is a wonderful example of how we can blossom and grow from past experiences. She is the living example of how we can cultivate and weed out thoughts that may have kept from accomplishing our goals. Simply yet powerfully, watch as nature shifts with the tide of the seasons and always flourishes in her present environment. Could life be as simple? What is we just changed our minds about the appearance of mud? Perhaps we could view the mud of our own past as the fertile and holy ground of our own blossoming. Find your own mud puddles, perhaps change your perspective and watch the transformation.
